History

Anna Adames opened Mail For You in 1986 as a small mailbox store at the edge of The Lakes community in Las Vegas Nevada. Durango at that time was mostly just a dirt road. Anna ran the store as a local mom and pop style business catering to the locals as the area began to boom. New business's were built, housing, apartments and much more until you have what is seen today. She continued ownership until September of 1997 when she sold the store to Merle Plagman. Mr. Plagman's ownership fell short due to illness in the family and he put the business up for sale. John Muscarella a casino worker of 19 years had his sights on retiring from the casino business and opening his own business. Mr. Muscarella's original vision was that of a health food store but when his business broker showed him the business his vision changed. Mr. Muscarella purchased Mail For You in May of 1998. Once he got a feel of the business, Mr. Muscarella moved quickly and added payday loans in May of 1999. Adding payday loans to the business proved to be successful and helped change the progress of the business. Mail For You was no longer just a simple mailbox store. Expansion of services became the new plan of business. In December 2001 Mail For You incorporated and became Mail For You, Inc. Business progressed and the corporation began exploring ideas of expansion. Cash Castle was opened in Henderson to test market title loans in January 2005. Mail For You, Inc. doing business as Cash Castle brought the lending aspect of the business to a whole new level. With the title loan service the range of customers for loans began to open up across the valley. Cash Castle came to a crashing halt in December 2007 when a casino bought out the shopping center and later demolished the buildings and offices in the center to make way for their parking structure. Accepting the buyout Cash Castle was dissolved and the title loan service was added to Mail For You in January 2008. Currently Mail For You offers so many services that can be viewed in the service section of the website that the employees operate with extreme confidence that all services will be covered when you enter the store.
