If you are in town, we recommend you stop on by for the application process which takes about ten minutes.

If you are out of town both of these forms need to be printed, filled out, and signed. The 1583 needs to be notarized, and the applicant must provide Mail For You with two acceptable forms of identification to keep on file for USPS required record keeping. Note: Acceptable/unacceptable forms of identification can be found in section 8 of the 1583.

After you have completed these steps, you may scan and email the forms -along with the identifications- to mail4u@cox.net. Once we receive the forms we may take a payment over the phone and can issue a box number on the spot. Keep in mind: even though we receive the forms electronically, Mail For You will still need the original copies mailed to us or brought in physically.
